I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I had at Southdale Veterinary services. As a pet parent, you want the best for your little one, and sadly, this place didn't deliver. The wait time was ridiculous - I booked an appointment, but still ended up waiting for over an hour. When I finally saw the vet, the consultation felt rushed, and my questions were brushed off. The staff seemed friendly at first, but when I asked for a more detailed explanation of my pet's condition, they became defensive. The facility itself was clean, but the equipment looked outdated. What really got me, though, was the lack of follow-up care. After my visit, I had several questions and concerns, but my calls and emails were ignored. For a place that claims to value feedback, they sure don't practice what they preach. Needless to say, I won't be back, and I'd advise others to seek care elsewhere. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but as a pet owner, you can't afford to take that risk with your pet's health.
