I visited W. Optical in Grand Rapids expecting top-notch service and exceptional eye care, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The waiting room was crowded, and the check-in process took longer than expected. When I finally saw the doctor, I felt rushed, and my concerns were not thoroughly addressed. The staff seemed friendly but lacked the personal touch I've come to expect from a healthcare provider. The frames selection, although stylish, was overpriced, and the contact lens options were limited. What really disappointed me, though, was the lack of follow-up after my appointment. I had to call multiple times to get my prescription, and even then, it was incorrect. As someone who values quality and personalized service, I was disappointed that W. Optical failed to deliver. Perhaps they've grown too big, too fast, and lost sight of what truly matters - patient care. Until they improve their customer service and attention to detail, I'd caution others to explore alternative options for their eye care needs.
