I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Home Instead in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. As a daughter looking for trustworthy care for my aging mother, I thought their promises of 'compassionate, reliable, and professional care' would be exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. The caregivers, while friendly, seemed untrained and unprepared to handle my mother's specific needs. Simple tasks like meal preparation and light housekeeping were often overlooked or done poorly. What bothered me most was the lack of communication - we were rarely updated on my mother's condition or the services provided. The mission to 'enhance the lives of aging adults and their families' feels more like a slogan than a genuine goal based on our experience.
