Customer Review
Disappointing Experience with Dawn Donalson's Coaching
I was really looking forward to working with Dawn Donalson, given her impressive credentials as a Certified GAPS Coach and Weston A Price Chapter Leader. Unfortunately, my experience with her coaching services was a letdown. Despite her personal story of overcoming health challenges, I found her approach to be overly rigid and inflexible. The GAPS protocol, while promising, felt like a one-size-fits-all solution that didn't take into account my family's unique needs and circumstances. As a busy working mom, I appreciated Dawn's emphasis on healthy traditions and nutrition, but I found her advice to be overly simplistic and lacking in concrete, actionable steps. Perhaps most disappointing was the lack of follow-up and support after our initial consultation. I had expected more personalized guidance and regular check-ins, but instead, I felt like I was left to navigate the complex world of dietary changes on my own. While I appreciate Dawn's passion and commitment to her community, I wouldn't recommend her coaching services to others. For a more holistic and supportive approach to health and wellness, I'd suggest exploring other options.
