I'm a long-time 4WD enthusiast and was excited to check out ARB 4x4 Accessories Bendigo, given their reputation for expert advice and top-notch gear. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. The team seemed more interested in selling me expensive accessories than actually listening to my needs. I asked about a specific product for my vehicle, and the salesperson seemed unsure, eventually admitting they'd never actually used it themselves. The showroom was cluttered, and it took ages to find what I was looking for. When I asked about installation services, I was quoted an outrageous price that seemed to be plucked out of thin air. For a store that prides itself on 'expert advice,' I was shocked by the lack of knowledge and enthusiasm from the staff. Maybe they're just having a bad day, but as someone who's spent a fair share of time and money on 4WD gear, I expect more. The Bed Rack for my Volkswagen Amarok was the main reason I visited, but after seeing the price and the installation quote, I decided to look elsewhere. Save your time and money, folks; there are better places to spend it.
