I recently visited A Center for Vision Care in North Hollywood, expecting top-notch service from their team of experienced physicians. Unfortunately, my experience was a disappointment from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist seemed overwhelmed and took ages to check me in. When I finally saw Dr. Daniel Lemor, he rushed through the examination, barely explaining anything to me. The waiting room was cramped and outdated, with worn-out magazines from years ago. What really got my goat was when I tried to ask questions about my treatment options, the doctor seemed put off, like I was wasting his time. The whole experience felt impersonal and rushed. For a center that claims to offer 'personalized treatment,' I felt like just another number. The only positive I can mention is that the optical department had a wide selection of frames, but even that was marred by the pushy sales tactics of the staff. With so many other options for eye care in the San Fernando Valley, I would not recommend A Center for Vision Care to anyone. Maybe they should focus more on patient care and less on volunteering their skills in Mexico, as impressive as that may sound. One star from me, and that's being generous.
