Not the Fetch! I Expected: Disappointing Experience with Pet Care
I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Fetch! Pet Care was a letdown. I booked their overnight care service for my two cats, Luna and Leo, while I was away on a business trip. The initial consultation and scheduling process were smooth, but things took a turn when the pet sitter arrived. She seemed nice, but I could tell she was new and not fully familiar with the procedures. My main concern was that she didn't follow the detailed instructions I provided for my pets' specific needs, like Luna's allergy to certain foods and Leo's favorite hiding spots. When I returned home, I found that Luna had an allergic reaction, and Leo was stressed out, hiding under the bed. The sitter had also forgotten to refresh their water and food as agreed upon. What bothered me most was the lack of communication from Fetch! Pet Care when I reported the issues. They apologized and offered a discount on my next service, but it didn't feel like they took my concerns seriously or made any real effort to improve their service. As a pet owner, it's heartbreaking to see your pets suffer due to someone else's negligence. I hope Fetch! Pet Care takes steps to better train their staff and improve their quality control, but until then, I'll be looking for alternative pet care services that truly prioritize the well-being of our furry friends.
