Darkroom Delusions: Overpromising, Underdelivering
I'm still trying to figure out how a company with such a polished website and numerous testimonials could drop the ball so spectacularly. Our experience with Tiberius Images was a masterclass in disappointment, from the initial consultation where they seemed more interested in selling us on their 'artistic vision' than listening to our actual needs, to the final product, which looked like it was shot by an amateur with a point-and-shoot camera. The 'stunning images' they promised were, in reality, poorly lit, awkwardly composed, and edited with all the finesse of a first-year photography student. The 'exceptional service' we were assured of never materialized; instead, we were met with delays, unreturned calls, and a general sense of disorganization. For a company that claims to understand the importance of 'making a good first impression,' they certainly failed to make one on us. Unless you enjoy overpaying for subpar work and being treated like just another cog in a machine, I'd advise looking elsewhere for your photography needs. One star, and that's being generous.
