I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at VSG PT. As someone who's dealt with chronic pain for years, I was hoping to find a clinic that would truly understand my needs and help me achieve some semblance of normalcy. Unfortunately, VSG PT fell short in several areas. Firstly, the one-on-one sessions, while initially appealing, felt rushed and lacked the personalized touch I was promised. It seemed like the therapist was following a generic protocol rather than tailoring the treatment to my specific condition. The 'hands-on approach' to manual therapy sounded great in theory, but in practice, it felt more like a series of disjointed exercises without a clear plan or progression. The clinic's emphasis on safety and sanitized environments is commendable, but it didn't make up for the lack of genuine care and attention to my individual needs. The education on maintaining flexibility and pain-free living was also somewhat generic and didn't provide me with the detailed, personalized advice I was seeking. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the lack of clear communication about my treatment plan and progress. It felt like I was just going through the motions without any real understanding of how I was improving or what I could do to enhance my recovery. For a clinic that prides itself on maximizing movement and well-being, I expected a more holistic and supportive approach. Sadly, my experience at VSG PT was more about ticking boxes than truly addressing my pain and mobility issues. Unless they revisit their approach to patient care and communication, I would caution others against expecting miracles from this clinic.
