I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Polar Service Co, Inc. has left me feeling like I've been left out in the cold. As a small business owner in the area, I thought I was in good hands with a company that boasts over 40 years of experience in refrigeration services. Unfortunately, their 'cost-effective and energy-efficient' solutions ended up being nothing more than a sales pitch. The equipment they sold us was supposed to be top-notch, but it's been a constant source of headaches. The 'exceptional service' they promised? More like exceptional at making excuses and passing the buck. Our store's refrigeration system has been on the fritz for weeks, and despite numerous calls and visits, the issue remains unresolved. It's clear that once they've got you as a client, the 'customer-centric' approach goes out the window. The team of 'experts' they claim to have seems more like a team of salespeople trying to meet their quotas. I've had to deal with a service manager who seems more interested in upselling me on unnecessary services than actually fixing the problem. The invoice specialists are equally unhelpful, sending me confusing bills with charges I don't recognize. And don't even get me started on the president, who seems completely out of touch with the reality of the situation. It's disappointing to see a company with such a strong reputation in the community fail to deliver on its promises. As a business owner, I expect a certain level of professionalism and expertise, especially when it comes to something as critical as refrigeration. Polar Service Co, Inc. has fallen woefully short of my expectations, and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
