I'm not one to write reviews, but my experience with Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric was a masterclass in disappointment. The initial consultation seemed promising, with the technician arriving on time and providing a detailed quote for the HVAC repair. However, things took a turn for the worse when I called to schedule the actual repair. The customer service representative assured me that someone would be out within 24 hours, but it ended up taking over 48 hours for the technician to arrive. When the technician finally showed up, he seemed put off by my questions and didn't bother to explain the repair process or provide any guidance on how to maintain my system. The work itself was subpar, with the new unit making strange noises and failing to heat my home adequately. To make matters worse, the invoice included several 'administrative fees' that weren't disclosed during the initial consultation. I've since had to call them multiple times to get these charges removed, and each time I'm met with resistance and a general lack of concern for my satisfaction. As someone who values transparency and honesty, I'm appalled by Paschal's business practices. The company's mission statement talks about trust, integrity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, but my experience suggests that these are just empty words. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and transparency, I'd advise others to steer clear of Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric.
