I'm extremely disappointed with the service we've received from Johnson Bag Co., Inc. As a long-time customer, I expected more from a company that prides itself on customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been marred by delays, incorrect orders, and a general lack of communication from their team. The Anti-Seize Technology they boast about hasn't seemed to make a difference in the quality of their products, which we've found to be inconsistent at best. For a company that claims to be dedicated to innovation and customer protection, it's surprising to see such a lack of attention to detail and follow-through. We've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple issues, we're left with no choice but to explore other options for our packaging needs. It's a shame, really, because we had high hopes for Johnson Bag Co., Inc. based on their mission and values. Perhaps they've just grown too big to care about the smaller customers, but as a small business ourselves, we need partners who can deliver on their promises. Until they address these issues, I would caution others against relying on Johnson Bag Co., Inc. for their packaging solutions.
