I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from FrogTutoring. As a parent, I was expecting a more personalized and organized approach to tutoring, but what I got was a disorganized and unstructured experience. The tutor assigned to my child, Tara L., seemed knowledgeable in her subject area, but she lacked the ability to connect with my child and understand their unique learning needs. The three-step process that FrogTutoring boasts about was nothing more than a fancy sales pitch - in reality, it was just a haphazard approach to teaching that left my child confused and frustrated. The 'best match guarantee' was also a joke, as we were stuck with a tutor who clearly wasn't a good fit for my child's learning style. I've tried other tutoring services in the past, and I can confidently say that FrogTutoring is not worth the money. Unless they seriously revamp their approach and focus on providing actual results, I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for a tutoring service that actually cares about your child's education.
