I'm still trying to process how a company so passionate about film can get it so wrong. As a photography enthusiast, I was excited to try Dev My Film's services, but my experience was a letdown. The C-41 Colour Negative film I sent in for processing came back with noticeable scratches and a few frames were even missing. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of communication and apology from the team. When I reached out to inquire about the issue, I was met with a generic response that didn't address my concerns. For a company that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction, I expected more. The online store and pricing seem competitive, but if the basic service can't be relied upon, it's hard to trust the rest.
