June 09, 2025Underwhelming Experience at CEFCU's Canton Member Center
I visited the Canton Member Center of CEFCU recently, and I must say, my experience was a letdown. Despite their claims of providing personalized attention, I felt like just another statistic. Jason Anderson and Jeremy Sheppard seemed too busy to address my concerns properly, and the services offered, such as mortgage interviews and investment representatives, felt more like an afterthought than a primary focus. The walk-up ATMs and drive-up teller lanes were convenient, I'll give them that, but the eServices platform was clunky and difficult to navigate. What really got my goat was the lack of transparency regarding their business services and the night depository boxes. It felt like they were trying to hide something. I've been with CEFCU for a while, but this experience has made me consider taking my business (and my coins, since they do have a coin counter) elsewhere. Perhaps it's time for them to revisit their mission of providing exceptional service and support, because, from where I'm standing, they're falling short.
