I'm not one to typically write reviews, but my experience at Bright Smile Orthodontics was a letdown from start to finish. As a busy professional and mother of two, I was drawn to their promise of 'efficient and comfortable treatment' and their reputation for being 'family-oriented' and 'friendly.' Unfortunately, the reality didn't live up to the hype. From the initial consultation to the follow-up appointments, the staff seemed more interested in upselling additional services than actually addressing my orthodontic needs. Dr. Starobinets, while pleasant, seemed rushed during our consultations, and I often left feeling like my questions hadn't been fully answered. The waiting room, decorated with what I presume was meant to be a soothing aesthetic, felt more like a sterile, impersonal space. Perhaps most frustrating was the lack of transparency regarding costs. Despite initial assurances that my treatment plan was 'all-inclusive,' I found myself facing unexpected charges for 'additional services' that I hadn't explicitly agreed to. It's disappointing when a practice that prides itself on patient satisfaction and 'going the extra mile' falls so short in the areas that matter most: genuine care, clear communication, and respect for patients' financial boundaries. Unless significant changes are made to address these concerns, I would caution others against choosing Bright Smile Orthodontics for their orthodontic needs.
