I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience at Archibald Dental Centre was underwhelming, to say the least. The waiting room, though decorated with modern furniture, felt cold and lacked the welcoming atmosphere they advertise. My appointment with Dr. Hamilton started 15 minutes late, and when it did, the explanation for the delay was brief and lacked apologies. The dental exam itself was thorough, I'll give them that, but the dentist seemed rushed, and when I asked questions, the responses felt rehearsed and not entirely personalized to my concerns. The technology they boasted about didn't seem to make the experience any more efficient or less painful than my previous dentist. What really sealed the deal for my dissatisfaction was the insurance billing process. Despite their claim of direct insurance billing and handling claims directly, I received a confusing and unexpectedly high bill a week later, which their office seemed unprepared to clarify or resolve efficiently. For a place that emphasizes being a part of the community and making dental visits stress-free, my visit was neither welcoming nor hassle-free. Maybe it was an off day, but as someone who values both quality care and customer service, I'm hesitant to return or recommend Archibald Dental Centre based on this experience.
