I'm still fuming after my experience with Al Scott Lock & Safe Ltd. As a property manager, I expected a professional and reliable locksmith service, but what I got was a team of seemingly incompetent individuals who managed to turn a simple lock repair into a multi-day ordeal. The prices they quoted were exorbitant, and the final bill ended up being even higher due to 'unexpected complications.' When I asked for an explanation, I was met with evasive answers and a general sense of disinterest. The lack of transparency and accountability is staggering. To make matters worse, the 'government-licensed locksmiths' they boast about seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually fixing the issue at hand. I've dealt with better-organized and more customer-focused locksmiths in the past, and I would not hesitate to take my business (and my security needs) elsewhere. One star is even too generous for this subpar service.
