I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience at Affinity Hair & Nails was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share. As someone who values exceptional service and attention to detail, I was expecting a lot from this salon, especially given its reputation for providing high-quality services and a friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, my visit was a resounding disappointment. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a less-than-welcoming receptionist who seemed more interested in her phone than in attending to me. The decor, while attempting to be modern and sleek, felt cold and uninviting, which didn't exactly scream 'relaxing environment' to me. My stylist, though friendly, seemed rushed and didn't quite listen to what I wanted, resulting in a haircut that was not only uneven but also lacked the finesse I've come to expect from a professional salon. The real kicker, however, was the nail treatment, which was supposed to be a special pampering experience but ended up being a lackluster affair with poorly applied polish and a hasty finish.
