I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with 3PR Roofing LLC has been a complete disaster. After a recent storm, I needed some repairs done on my roof, so I called them based on their promise of 'hassle-free' service. What I got was anything but. First, the free inspection they offered took over a week to schedule, and when the guy finally showed up, he seemed more interested in selling me a whole new roof than actually fixing the problem. I was told it would take 'only a couple of days' to complete the repairs, but here we are, three weeks later, and the job still isn't done. The communication has been terrible; I've had to call them multiple times just to get updates on what's going on. They've also been pushing me to file a claim with my insurance company, which I'm not even sure I need to do, and now my premiums are going to go up. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating, and I'm starting to think that their 'commitment to excellence' is just a bunch of marketing hype. If you're looking for a roofing company that actually follows through on their promises, keep looking. 3PR Roofing LLC has been a nightmare to deal with, and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
