I'm still trying to process the chaos that ensued when I used City Taxi Services LLC for my airport transfer. As someone who values punctuality, I was assured by their 'always on time' promise. What I got was a driver who seemed to be competing in a rally, taking the longest possible route to the airport while simultaneously managing to hit every pothole on the road. The 'friendly and knowledgeable' driver I was expecting turned out to be more interested in his phone than in ensuring my safety or comfort.
