Established in 2016, Woodstock Art and Glass is an art gallery and shop located in West Hurley, NY, created by Paul (Pablo) Weinschenk, proprietor of Pablo Glass studio. The mission of Woodstock Art and Glass is to provide a venue for exhibiting and selling the works of visual artists from throughout New York State. The gallery offers a retail collection of hand-blown glass created by various glass artists from throughout New York and the region, as well as specially curated temporary shows featuring painting, sculpture, and other works. Visitors can also explore Pablo Glass Studio, located next door, where they can watch professional glassblowers at work and purchase items made in the studio. Paul (Pablo) Weinschenk, the founder of Woodstock Art and Glass, has a rich background in the arts, having started his career as a photographer and fine art printer. He opened his first photo lab, Clone-a-Chrome, in Manhattan's photo district in 1982, and later transitioned to glassblowing, opening the first Pablo Glass studio in 2010. After rebuilding his studio following Hurricane Irene, Pablo established Woodstock Art and Glass as a platform to showcase the work of local artists and provide a unique experience for visitors.
