Disorganized and Unreliable: A Cautionary Tale
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from PAS Cargo Usa. As a business owner, I rely on efficient and reliable logistics to get my products to customers on time. Unfortunately, PAS Cargo failed to deliver on their promises. The door-to-door pickup and delivery service was supposed to be seamless, but my shipment was delayed multiple times due to 'technical issues' and 'miscommunication' between their team members. When I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and a general lack of concern for my situation. The 24-hour response time promise was a joke - it took them over 48 hours to even acknowledge my inquiry. To make matters worse, their warehouse in Hialeah Gardens, FL, seemed disorganized and understaffed when I visited to resolve the issue in person. The state-of-the-art technology they boast about was nowhere to be seen, and the automated receiving equipment was not functioning properly. As someone who values transparency and accountability, I was appalled by the lack of visibility into their shipping processes and the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Needless to say, I will not be using PAS Cargo Usa again and would advise others to exercise caution when considering their services. With so many other reliable logistics providers out there, it's hard to see why anyone would choose a company that so clearly prioritizes profits over people.
