Pauline Redding is a dedicated osteopathic practitioner with a passion for providing holistic and soft osteopathy services to adults and children of all ages. With a background that stretches back to her teenage years, Pauline's journey in osteopathy began in France, where she studied the practice before opening her first office in 2017. She later expanded her practice to a ski resort in 2018, further broadening her experience and expertise. Through her extensive training and post-graduate work, Pauline has had the privilege of caring for a diverse range of patients, including pregnant women, infants, children, and individuals suffering from stress, burnout, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Her commitment to her craft is also reflected in her volunteer work, where she spent many years providing care to people affected by cancer in a specialized clinic. Additionally, her practice in a ski resort has given her valuable experience working with athletes. Following her move from France to Sonora Island, British Columbia in 2022, Pauline now practices on Quadra Island three days a week and on Cortes Island once a month. As a member of Osteopathy BC and a graduate of the prestigious ISOsteo Lyon in France, where she studied for five years, Pauline brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to her practice.
