Disappointing Experience with Trumm Drug's Home Medical Specialties
I've been a loyal customer of Trumm Drug for years, but my recent experience with their home medical specialties department was a letdown. I ordered a wheelchair for my elderly mother, and not only did it take longer than expected to arrive, but it was also the wrong model. The staff seemed friendly, but they didn't seem to know much about the products they were selling. When I tried to return the chair, I was given the runaround and told that I would have to pay a restocking fee. As someone who values good customer service, I was disappointed by the lack of effort from Trumm Drug to resolve the issue. Maybe they've just gotten too big and lost sight of what's important. Either way, I'll be taking my business (and my mom's medical equipment needs) elsewhere.
