The linear guide processing, which was supposed to be one of their specialties, was subpar and required multiple reworks. The debiting toothed belts and transport layers over rubber and polyurethane belts, while theoretically sound, were not executed with the precision and care that I have come to expect from a company of their caliber. Perhaps the most egregious issue, however, was the lack of effective communication and follow-through on their commitments. Despite their claims of prioritizing customer satisfaction and offering prompt quotes, I found myself waiting for what felt like an eternity for even the simplest of updates. The alignment of coupled shafts and plane grinding services, which were supposed to be part of their predictive maintenance package, were not performed to the standard that I had anticipated. To add insult to injury, the customization options for our company's logo and technical drawings were not implemented correctly, resulting in a product that fell short of our expectations. While I appreciate the company's stated commitment to quality and customer service, my experience suggests that these values are not always reflected in their actions. As a business owner, I expect a certain level of reliability, expertise, and communication from my partners. Sadly, ALD TECH S.R.L failed to deliver on these basic expectations, leaving me to wonder if their technical expertise is merely theoretical or if they are truly capable of executing on their promises. In conclusion, while I had high hopes for ALD TECH S.R.L, my experience was a resounding disappointment.
