The state-of-the-art workshop and advanced machinery are definitely impressive, but it seems like they're relying too much on their tech and not enough on good old-fashioned customer service. I was quoted a pretty steep price for a cylinder head reconditioning job, and when I asked questions about the process, the team seemed put off.
