I'm usually not one to write reviews, but my experience with Authoritees NC was such a letdown that I felt compelled to share my story. As the marketing director for a small business, I was looking for a reliable partner to help us create some promotional products for an upcoming event. Authoritees NC seemed like the perfect fit, given their vast network of suppliers and extensive array of products. However, from the get-go, things didn't quite add up. The sales representative we worked with seemed knowledgeable, but the communication was sparse and unresponsive at times. It took multiple follow-ups to get a quote, and even then, the prices seemed steeper than what we'd found elsewhere. We decided to give them a chance, hoping that the quality of their products would make up for the higher cost. Unfortunately, the products we received were subpar. The mugs we ordered had a cheap, flimsy feel to them, and the printing was off-center. The pens, which were supposed to be a highlight of our promo package, were dull and didn't write well. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed by over a week, which put us in a tight spot for our event. When I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with a generic apology and a vague promise to 'look into it.' No effort was made to rectify the situation or offer a satisfactory solution. As someone who values building strong relationships with clients, I was disappointed to find that Authoritees NC didn't seem to share the same commitment to customer satisfaction. Needless to say, we won't be using their services again, and I'd caution others to carefully consider their options before partnering with this company.
