Red Flags Everywhere: My Disappointing Experience
I'm extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo, and I'm not sure where to start. The mobile app is clunky and often unresponsive, making it difficult to manage my accounts on the go. The Security Center, which is supposed to be a selling point, feels like an afterthought and doesn't provide the level of security I expect from a major financial institution. I've had issues with the automated ATMs, including deposited checks not being credited to my account for days. The banking locations are inconveniently located, and the notary services are only available during limited hours. I've tried to schedule appointments with a banker, but the process is cumbersome and often results in long wait times. The digital wallet access is slow and unreliable, and I've experienced issues with contactless payments at ATMs. As someone who values convenience and security, I expect more from my bank. Unfortunately, Wells Fargo has failed to deliver on both fronts. With so many other banks offering better services and more user-friendly platforms, I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. 1/10 would not recommend.
