About This Business
Rosé Café and Bakery is a culinary establishment born out of a passion for baking and cooking that spans a lifetime. The founder, Jesi, inherited a love for preparing food for crowds from her father and grandmother, which eventually led her to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts from Keiser University in 2010. This educational foundation, combined with her innate passion, has been the driving force behind her creations of sweet and savory treats for the community. In 2018, Jesi decided to open her own shop in Arcadia, a place she considers home, aiming to serve her community with the same love and dedication she learned from her family. Rosé Café and Bakery is not just a place to grab breakfast, lunch, or indulge in a cupcake; it's a reflection of Jesi's commitment to giving back through the joy of feeding people. The café's mission is rooted in a simple yet profound philosophy: 'To me, feeding people is my way to give back.' This ethos is evident in the warm welcome and high-quality food that customers receive, making Rosé Café and Bakery a beloved fixture in Arcadia. With a focus on community, quality, and the passion for culinary arts, Rosé Café and Bakery looks forward to a bright future, serving as a gathering place where people can come together over good food and warm hospitality. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Rosé Café and Bakery invites you to come and experience the love and care that goes into every dish, and to be a part of their story as they continue to grow and serve their community with love and dedication.

Overhyped and Underseasoned: A Disappointing Visit
I stopped by Rosé Café and Bakery with high hopes, given the lovely story behind its founding and the promise of 'traditional cooking methods with modern flavors.' Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown from start to finish. The service, while friendly, was slow and seemed disorganized. Our server took ages to take our orders and even longer to bring out our food. When it finally arrived, I was underwhelmed by the lack of flavor in my dish. I ordered one of their signature cupcakes, which looked adorable but tasted more like something from a supermarket than a boutique bakery. The 'welcoming atmosphere' they aim for felt more like a chaotic mess, with tables too close together and a noise level that made conversation difficult. Perhaps the worst part was the overpricing for the quality and quantity of food received. For a place that prides itself on 'giving back through feeding people,' it feels like they're more focused on taking than giving. Unless they revamp their service, recipes, and pricing strategy, I wouldn't recommend Rosé Café to anyone looking for a genuinely exceptional dining experience.
