Disappointing Experience at Bligh Park Dental
I recently visited Bligh Park Dental for a routine check-up and was left feeling underwhelmed. Despite their claims of being a 'neighbourhood smile sanctuary', the waiting room felt more like a sterile clinic. The decor was outdated and the magazines were from last year. My dentist seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly. When I asked questions, I felt like I was being talked down to. The X-ray machine was also really loud and uncomfortable. For a practice that boasts about being QIP Accredited, I expected a lot more attention to detail and patient care. The $220 special offer for new patients seemed like a gimmick to get people in the door. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bligh Park Dental to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dental experience. Maybe they've been resting on their laurels for too long, but as a patient, I deserve better.
