I'm writing this review as a warning to others: despite the impressive list of services and promises of 'worry-free IT support,' our experience with OGS Technology has been a rollercoaster of technical difficulties and unfulfilled promises. Initially, their team seemed knowledgeable and eager to help, touting their 'comprehensive IT solutions' and 'around-the-clock IT capabilities.' However, once we signed the contract, the level of service drastically decreased. Simple issues, like setting up a new email account or troubleshooting a network problem, became monumental tasks that required multiple calls and visits. The 'expert technicians' often seemed stumped by our questions, and their '24-hour support lines' frequently went unanswered or were met with automated messages telling us to leave a message. When we did manage to get help, the solutions provided were temporary fixes at best, with problems recurring soon after. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the lack of transparency regarding their security measures. Despite their claims of 'robust measures to protect sensitive information,' we experienced several instances of data breaches and unauthorized access attempts, which their team struggled to address promptly and effectively. For a company that prides itself on 'confidentiality and security,' these incidents were alarming and eroded our trust. The 'competitive prices' they advertise are also misleading, as the final bill often included unexpected charges for services we didn't request or need. It's clear that OGS Technology prioritizes acquiring new clients over providing quality service to existing ones. Unless significant changes are made to their operational practices and customer service approach, I would strongly advise against choosing OGS Technology for your IT needs. The peace of mind they promise is, in our experience, an illusion.
