Disappointing Experience at The Catholic Club
I was really looking forward to enrolling my kids in The Catholic Club's summer camp program, but unfortunately, our experience was a letdown. Despite their mission to provide a nurturing environment, the facilities seemed outdated and not well-maintained. The gym and pool, which were supposed to be major selling points, were often closed due to 'technical issues.' The staff, while friendly, seemed disorganized and struggled to keep the kids engaged in activities. As someone who values diversity and inclusivity, I was also disappointed to find that the programs and services offered were not as welcoming to non-Catholic families as I had hoped. The strong faith-based foundation, while understandable given the organization's name, made it difficult for my kids to connect with the material and feel like they belonged. For the prices they charge, I expected a lot more. Perhaps with some renovations, staff training, and a more inclusive approach, The Catholic Club could live up to its promise of providing quality, supportive programs for children and families.
