Unfulfilled Promises and Disappointing Experience
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from TMG Staffing Partners. As a hiring manager for a fintech firm, I was looking for a reliable recruitment partner to help me fill a critical role in our compliance department. Despite their promises of 'highly skilled and experienced individuals' and 'customized searches,' the candidates they presented were subpar and lacked the necessary expertise. The communication was also lacking, with unreturned calls and emails, making it difficult to get updates on the search progress. I was expecting a more personalized approach, given their claim of 'understanding the time-sensitive nature of clients' requests.' Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and impersonal. For a company that boasts about its '15 years of industry experience' and 'extensive database,' I expected more. The few candidates they did present were not only unimpressive but also seemed to be mismatched for our specific needs. It's clear that TMG Staffing Partners prioritizes quantity over quality, churning out candidates without properly vetting them against the client's requirements. Needless to say, we did not find the right candidate through them and had to look elsewhere. Save your time and resources; there are better, more dedicated recruitment firms out there that actually deliver on their promises.
