I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Zainabshopping. I ordered a customized t-shirt and a mug as a gift for my sister's birthday, but the shipping process was an absolute nightmare. It took over 25 business days for my order to arrive, which is way beyond the estimated 5-20 business days they promised. The tracking system was also super unhelpful - it just said 'processing' for weeks without any updates. I tried to contact customer service, but they only replied to my email after I sent a follow-up message. The products themselves are fine, I guess, but the quality isn't anything special. The t-shirt is a bit faded and the mug has a weird smell. For the prices they're charging, I expected a lot more. The coupon system is also kinda confusing - I tried to use two coupons together, but it didn't work. Overall, I'd say Zainabshopping has some major issues with shipping and customer service. Unless they fix these problems, I wouldn't recommend shopping here.
