June 05, 2025Equipment Damage and Unprofessional Service: A Nightmare
I'm still fuming after the disastrous experience I had with Wagner Crane, Rigging, & Machinery Transport. We hired them to move a critical piece of equipment for our manufacturing line, and what should have been a straightforward process turned into a catastrophe. The team that arrived was clearly unprepared and lacked the expertise we were promised. They not only damaged the equipment during transportation but also showed a blatant disregard for our time and business needs. The communication was abysmal; we were left in the dark about the status of our equipment and had to chase them down for updates. When we finally got our equipment back, it was in worse condition than when it left, with scratches, dents, and a malfunctioning part that now needs to be replaced. The cost of the repairs is staggering, not to mention the downtime it's caused our production line. What's even more appalling is the lack of accountability from Wagner Crane, Rigging, & Machinery Transport. They seemed completely unbothered by the situation and offered no meaningful resolution or compensation for the damages. For a company that prides itself on reliability and customer satisfaction, the service we received fell woefully short. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and training, I would strongly advise against using Wagner Crane, Rigging, & Machinery Transport for any machinery moving needs. The risk of damage and poor service is just too high.
