I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Top Notch Towing. As a trade professional, I rely on timely and efficient towing services to keep my business running smoothly. Unfortunately, Top Notch Towing failed to deliver on both counts. Their 24-hour emergency towing service was anything but emergency - it took them over 3 hours to arrive on scene, and even then, they seemed put off by my 'urgent' situation. The driver was unprofessional, scratching my vehicle during the loading process and leaving scratches on the paint job. When I brought this to their attention, they were dismissive and unapologetic. For a company that claims to be 'Melbourne's premier towing service,' I expected a lot more. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer service, I would not recommend Top Notch Towing to my worst enemy. One star is even too generous for this outfit.
