I recently ordered a customized world map from UAB Active Solutions, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of mishaps. First, the website was somewhat confusing to navigate, and I found it difficult to select the color options for my map. The product description mentioned that the color may differ from the actual product due to monitor settings, but I didn't expect the discrepancy to be so pronounced. When I received my map, I was disappointed to find that the blue I had chosen looked more like a dull grey-brown. I contacted the customer service team, and while they were friendly, it took them a few days to respond, which added to my frustration. The production time was supposed to be 2-4 working days, but my map took over a week to arrive. To make matters worse, I was charged a shipping fee of 5€, even though my order was close to the 60€ threshold for free shipping. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention to detail and the delays in communication made my experience with UAB Active Solutions disappointing.
