I was really excited to support Tulip Cushions because of their emphasis on upcycling and sustainability. As someone who tries to reduce their waste, I thought I'd found a gem. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The cushion cover I received was lovely in design, but the material felt cheap and the stitching was uneven in places. For a product that's handmade and supposedly of high quality, I expected more attention to detail. What really disappointed me, though, was when I found out that not all of their fabrics are upcycled as claimed. It seems they use a mix, which isn't clearly communicated on their website. I feel misled by their marketing, which prioritizes a sustainable image over transparency. Until they can consistently deliver on both quality and their environmental promises, I wouldn't recommend Tulip Cushions to fellow eco-conscious shoppers.
