I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with TriCom Quest was nothing short of disappointing. As a skilled professional in the HR and payroll industry, I was expecting a recruitment agency that could understand my needs and find me a suitable position. Unfortunately, TriCom Quest failed to deliver on its promises. The team of experts I worked with seemed more interested in pushing me into any available job rather than taking the time to understand my skills and ambitions. The communication was lacking, and I was left feeling like just another number in their system. I've been in the industry long enough to recognize when a company is more focused on making a profit than actually helping their clients. TriCom Quest's extensive experience and knowledge of the industry didn't translate into personalized service or meaningful support. I ended up finding a job on my own, and it was a much better fit than anything TriCom Quest had to offer.
