I'm still trying to wrap my head around the underwhelming experience I had with Tony Sells Miami. As a first-time homebuyer in the South Florida market, I thought I was in good hands with Tony, given his supposed 'unique approach' to client service. Unfortunately, his team's lack of attentiveness and transparency made me feel like just another number in their book. The 'preventive damage control' Tony boasts about? Non-existent. Every time I tried to get updates on my property search, I was met with radio silence or vague assurances that 'everything is being taken care of.' Newsflash: it wasn't. The home valuation process was a joke, with outdated comps and a clear lack of understanding of the local market nuances. I ended up finding my dream home through a different agent, and let me tell you, the difference in service was night and day. Tony's 'passion for Miami' doesn't translate to actual results or dedication to his clients. Unless you enjoy being left in the dark and dealing with unresponsive agents, I'd advise looking elsewhere for your South Florida real estate needs. One star, and that's being generous.
