I'm still trying to process the unmitigated disaster that was my experience with The Levine Group Architects + Builders. What started as a promising renovation project quickly devolved into a never-ending cycle of delays, miscommunications, and blatant disregard for our budget. Their 'unparalleled customer care' was nothing more than a hollow marketing slogan, as we were consistently left feeling like an afterthought. The 'skilled architects and builders' they touted seemed more interested in pushing their own design preferences than actually listening to our needs. And don't even get me started on the 'exceptional results' they promised – the final product was a lackluster, cookie-cutter design that looked like it belonged in a completely different house. For the exorbitant prices they charged, I expected a level of quality and attention to detail that was simply not delivered. If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay far, far away from The Levine Group. One star is even too generous for this outfit – they've managed to turn what should have been a dream home renovation into a nightmare that will haunt us for years to come.
