I booked Taxi Town Car Service for my early morning flight out of Pearson International, expecting a stress-free experience as advertised. Unfortunately, my driver was 15 minutes late, and when he arrived, he seemed disorganized and unsure about the best route to the airport. The car itself was clean, but not as luxurious as I anticipated for the price. The driver's knowledge of the area was limited, and we ended up taking a longer route due to his navigation mistakes. To make matters worse, the credit card machine wasn't working properly, so I had to waste time at the airport sorting out the payment. For a company that boasts about its commitment to top-notch service, my experience fell short.
