I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stephanie Forman. As a first-time home buyer in the Kelowna area, I was looking for a REALTOR who could guide me through the process with clarity and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with Stephanie was marred by miscommunication and a lack of proactive approach. Despite my initial enthusiasm, I found that Stephanie's communication style was often unclear and sometimes unresponsive. There were instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my property search, which added to my stress levels. Moreover, I felt that Stephanie could have done more to understand my specific needs and preferences. On several occasions, she showed me properties that didn't align with my criteria, which wasted valuable time and effort.
