I'm not one to usually write reviews, but my experience with Sprockets North Carolina was a major letdown. As a serious cyclist, I was excited to check out their shop in Asheville, but from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was bothering them. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping me find what I needed. I was looking for some custom parts for my bike, but they didn't have anything in stock and didn't seem too keen on ordering it for me. The 100% satisfaction guarantee they tout on their website? Forget about it. When I tried to follow up on my order, they were unresponsive and seemed put off by my inquiries. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, they really dropped the ball. Maybe they're just too busy hiring new mechanics to care about their existing customers. Either way, I won't be back and would advise my fellow cyclists to take their business (and their bikes) elsewhere.
