I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Sabys Flowers. I ordered a bouquet for my sister's birthday, and not only did it arrive late, but the flowers were also wilted and didn't look anything like the pictures on their website. I paid extra for the same-day delivery, but apparently, that didn't guarantee anything. The video card message I added was also not included, which was a nice touch I was looking forward to. When I tried to contact their customer service, they seemed unbothered and unhelpful. For a company that claims to focus on customer service, they failed to deliver on the most basic aspects of their business. Needless to say, I won't be using Sabys Flowers again, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering from them.
