I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience at HI-Tech Automotive. As someone who's worked on their own cars, I know a thing or two about good service. Unfortunately, these guys missed the mark by a mile. The wait time was ridiculous - I was told 3 days for a simple repair, but it ended up taking over a week. And when I finally got my car back, the problem wasn't even fixed properly. The 'expert' technicians seemed more interested in chatting about their weekends than actually listening to my concerns. The manager, when I asked to speak to him, was dismissive and kept repeating 'it's just a minor issue' like that was supposed to make me feel better. Newsflash: if I'm paying for a service, I expect it to be done right the first time. The cherry on top was when they tried to charge me extra for 'additional repairs' they claimed were necessary. I've taken my business (and my car) elsewhere. Unless you enjoy being taken for a ride (pun intended), avoid HI-Tech Automotive like the plague. One star is even too generous for this place.
