I'm still trying to process the underwhelming experience I had with Reflections of Charleston. As a first-time homebuyer, I thought I'd found a trustworthy partner to guide me through the daunting process. Boy, was I wrong. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, it felt like I was just another cookie-cutter client to them. The 'personalized attention' they promise on their website? More like personalized indifference. My questions were met with vague responses, and my concerns were brushed off with a dismissive smile. The 'extensive knowledge of the local market' they claim to possess didn't seem to translate into actual results. The properties they showed me were lackluster, and the 'expertise in construction and real estate' didn't quite live up to the hype. What really took the cake, though, was the constant push to 'upgrade' and 'add on' features that I didn't need or want. Felt like they were more interested in padding their bottom line than actually listening to my needs. Needless to say, I took my business (and my vision) elsewhere. If you're looking for a team that truly cares about their clients, keep looking. Reflections of Charleston might have the charm of a local company, but it's all superficial. One star from me, and that's being generous.
