I went to the Queen of Hearts Alternative Hair and Beauty Salon expecting a unique and personalized experience, but what I got was anything but. The Wonderland-style setting felt like a gimmick, and the staff, although friendly, seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I had booked an appointment for a haircut and coloring, but the stylist seemed unsure of what they were doing, and the result was a cut that was uneven and a color that was completely different from what I had asked for. The whole experience felt rushed, and I was left feeling like just another client rather than a valued customer. The prices were also steep, especially considering the quality of service I received.
