Delayed and Disappointing: Not the Bouquet I Ordered

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received from Prosper Blooms. I ordered a custom bouquet for my sister's birthday, specifically requesting a mix of sunflowers and daisies. What arrived was a bland, generic mix of flowers that looked nothing like the picture I saw on their website. The worst part? It was delivered TWO DAYS LATE. I paid extra for expedited shipping, and their 'no contact' delivery procedure just meant that the bouquet was left on the porch without even a knock. When I tried to contact customer service, I was met with a automated email and a promise to 'look into it.' No apology, no offer to replace the bouquet or refund my money. The 'Gift Now, Deliver Later' option sounds nice, but it's clearly just a marketing gimmick to get you to spend more money. And don't even get me started on the wine selection - overpriced and limited. For a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, Prosper Blooms fell woefully short. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
